What's a Wedding Day-Of Coordinator?
What we do...
As your wedding day-of coordinator, we will meet with you a month before your wedding and work with your vendors, wedding party, and family. We coordinate with your venue, officiant, and all others involved in your wedding planning to ensure your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception are seamless and stress-free. A detailed timeline will ensure everyone is where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there. We take on the behind-the-scenes details to make your wedding day magical and perfect.
Wedding Day of Coordinator Service Fees
Services for a wedding day-of coordinator start at $1,200. Fees depend on the number of venues, time involved, and complexity of coordination and the events.
Who We Are
Debi Causey
I work as an events manager during the week where we did more than 250 events in 2021, even with Covid-19 around, and more than 400 in 2022. That experience helps me with the weddings I coordinate by giving me more expertise to call upon, more resources to call on, more creative ideas to pull from, and more capability to resolve issues.
I have a team of ladies who can help me with your wedding, but I will be the one you talk to initially, the one who will manage the details, the one who will help you develop your wedding timeline, the one who will work with you on ideas and solutions, and the one who can help you and your family.
My strengths are my organizational skills and ability to think on my feet. I was born in Wilmington and my family lives here. I was in the Junior League of Wilmington and I am well-versed in etiquette and southern hospitality. I'm relatively direct and don't have a problem making decisions.
